After a brief run back in April, this cartography software collection is back with an encore available through early December. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by ProFantasy Software throughout their history, the complete package carries a value of over $1,300. Additionally, there exist three different bundles available here.
The standout feature is certainly a lifetime license to the CC3+ software, a professional-grade mapping application that can be used to generate various types including epic fantasy landscapes, smaller regional maps, city maps, and most notably, tactical combat environments.
An imaginative landscape chart generated in Campaign Cartographer 3+.
The cheapest bundle tier, starting at just one dollar, features merely four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Monster Token Pack 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This one's only for existing CC3+ users, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five aerial castle designs including hundreds of map markers, eight complete urban centers, and more than 70 urban floorplans.
The eight-product collection for at least $15 is where things get more interesting by adding in permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. Cartographer's Annual is the yearly bundle from the company's ongoing subscription program which includes a variety CC3+ add-ons like map collections and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective with isometric views from all sides. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.
Starting at thirty dollars, the comprehensive package contains these components:
All 17 volumes of Cartographer's Annual are included here, plus numerous other resource and asset packs that can help users craft complete solar systems, or focus exclusively on classic fantasy realm creation: combat arenas, underground complexes, cities, and continents in multiple viewpoints. You can even design character illustrations. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the complete collection is so worth it, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously more advantageous for map-making newbies considering you even get introductory guides to facilitate learning. The one caveat here is that while you can redeem the deal on any platform, the software is only usable on Windows.
As with other Humble Bundles, part of every purchase goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, that's Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response. The Bundle Filters option is toward the top of the page, but you can also select their donation amount in the right-hand section. Additionally available is an donation allocation menu immediately below, allowing you to adjust the distribution percentage goes to Humble, Profantasy, and Save the Children.
