For the Cocktail Base: Pour all the liquids into one big jug, allow it to infuse for an hour, then filter it , ideally through a fine cloth, making it fully clarified.

To serve: Measure 85ml from the premix to a cocktail shaker containing ice, and stir carefully for a minute to chill. Filter into an cold coupe glass or equivalent, garnish with the cranberries and finish with a light spray of the essential oil over the drink.
